The 2017 was a long cool growing season producing well balanced aromatic wine styles.
Subtle Sauvignon aromas with a bit of edge and attitude. Gun smoke, guava, flint, creamy, textural but overall, seriously delicious.
Hand picked, naturally fermented in cask and open topped vessels. Some skins contact. Matured in older barrels, lots of lees stirring for texture and complexity. Low in varietal character, high in attitude.
