Vinoque Pinot Bianco (2017)
Grown on our King Valley estate located on the King River at the base of the Victorian snow fields. The vineyard is planted on and old river bed which is full of sandstone and shale deposits.
In the King Valley, Pinot Bianco makes savoury and slightly salty white wine that goes crackingly well with all things seafood.
2017 was a late cool growing season producing some of the best and most aromatic wines we have seen.
Crunchy savoury, gun smoke, briny, textural and seriously drinkable.
Hand picked, naturally fermented in casks and vats. Matured in older barrels with lots of lees stirring for texture and complexity.
