Selected parcels of fruit from premium wine growing areas were harvested in excellent condition and gently pressed to retain varietal character and freshness. Winemaking techniques included fermentation with solids as well as cool & warm fermentation. These techniques improve texture and softness without sacrificing varietal expression.
Alc/Vol : 12.0 % pH : 3.26 TA : 6.33 g/L
For immediate enjoyment. The wine will however, continue to soften and develop more complexity over the next 2 years.
The perfect aperitif on its own or enjoy with seafood or Thai dishes.
