PHILOSOPHY
After the success of the PHI single vineyard wines from Woori Yallock in the upper Yarra Valley, Stephen and Kate Shelmerdine suggested we look at a southern Rhone style blend from their vineyard in northern Heathcote. This is the result of our first attempt.

Crimson hue, succulent, juicy, ripe, lightly spiced, cherry fruit and chalky tannins. Lots of perfume and poise.
