Appearance: Pale straw.

Vintage Conditions: Fresh early January rains prepared vines for what was to be a mild & then dry Riverina vintage. The cooler temps allowed for great depth in pungent fruit aromas and allowed the retention of natural acid in most varieties. Quality is well above average.
Winemaking: Low yeilding, young vineyards Fermentation via inoculation with a selectstrain of yeast to enhance mouth-feel and fruit concentration. As in previous years each parcel was left on yeast lees for an extended time intensifying the natural fruit flavours and texture of the wine. The barrel component 11.5% of this winenaturally underwent MLF. 11.5% Barrel fermented in French Oak barriques

Cellaring: Best enjoyed fresh or up to two years.
